Subject: Cerulean Blue and the Flag of Saint Lucia To: Hi, Did you know that in 1999 Pantone LLC declared Cerulean Blue as the Colour of the Millenium ? Pantone LLC, developer of the globally accepted PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM® and the PANTONE TEXTILE Colour System, is a leading source of products for the selection and accurate communication of colour around the world. Under the Pantone System the Cerulean Blue of the Flag of Saint Lucia is defined by a series of colour codes as follows; www.pantone.com/pages/pantone/pantone.aspx?pg=20194&ca=10 Cerulean Blue For Fashion and Interior Design: PANTONE TEXTILE Color System® Colour: PANTONE 15-4020 TC For Graphic Design in Print: PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM® Colour: PANTONE 283 C Process Color Simulation: C: 34.0, M: 6.0, Y: 0.0, K: 0.0 For Desktop Design: Digital Colour: R: 155, G: 196, B: 226 For Internet Publishing: Internet Colour: HTML: 9BC4E2 For Product Design in Plastics: PANTONE PLASTICS Color System™ Colour: PANTONE Q300-5-2 We need to use the correct Pantone numbers to define the Cerulean blue, gold and other colours of the Saint Lucia Flag to ensure that our Flag is accurately and faithfully reproduced. There are too many shades of the Flag in circulation. As a nation we must discuss this and try to get it right even as we make preparations for Nobel Laureate Week and our 34th Independence Anniversary. Concerned Citizen

The incorrect colors are one thing. But what about the physical state of some of the flags? And the incorrect times that the flags are being flown? Some flags are allowed to fly all night. Is that an orgy or what?
